We excavate down to the footing, repair cracks, apply a rubberized waterproof membrane and drainage board, and install new weeping tile with clear gravel. It's the most complete, longest-lasting protection available, and pricing starts at $275 per linear foot, depending on depth, access and site conditions ($4,000 minimum job).

Interior Basement Waterproofing
When exterior access isn't practical — tight lot lines, additions, finished landscaping — an interior system is the smart alternative. We install an internal weeping tile and drainage membrane along the footing that collects water penetrating the wall and channels it to a sump pump, keeping your basement dry year-round. Our interior rate is $120 per linear foot ($2,800 minimum job); sump pump, backup battery and other add-ons are quoted separately.
